My Skin Has Totally Changed After Being Pregnant, What Should I Use?

I had a baby 9 months ago and now my skin it completely different. My skin before what acne prone, not really oily but not dry. My skin just always looks tired, maybe just from being a mom now but I’m not sure. Did you find that your skin changed?
I’m not quite sure what my skin type is so maybe someone can help me with that. I will describe my skin: fair, dry patches around my nose & eyes, skin feels tight after washing, occasional pimple or two, scars from hormonal breakouts while preggers, I’m 27 and starting to see fine lines under my eyes. I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas for a daily skin care regiment? I have been using philosophy for 6 months, it’s pretty good but kinda expensive and I have to drive 45 mins to get it. Thanks!

Question For Mommies About What To Wash Before Baby Comes?? [new Bby Clothes..etc]?

so i have gotten aloottt of clothes for baby..
some used [washed] and some from store [new]
and also some blankets [new & used]
is it mandatory to wash all NEW baby things like blankets,socks, clothes,etc??
some of the packages say wash before use on them..some dont.
i dont know if it would irritate my babys skin or not if i put her in brand new clothes and use brand new blankets that havnt been washed yet.
???
also im 37 weeks 2 days and i feel like my baby will be here any day now and i really want everything to be ready

my boyfriend has really light blue eyes and when he wheres a green shirt they will look some what green and i have kinda light brown eyes my sons eyes look almost grey and they have been like that since he was born. but in the light they look blue with brown in them and then sometime even green.. anyone think they know what color or have had a similar situation. i am also half mexican and white but look more mexican and daddy is the same but looks more white. the babys skin is really white so it may be a sign he takes more after dad.. if you think they will be colored when do you think it will start to show thanks

My boyfriend of almost 3 years just passed away..he drowned in a lake in Miami… Im so shocked …I can’t belive that he is gone… Everything happend so fast ..His funeral didnt even seem real to me …Since they couldnt find his body for almost 3 days. When they did find him he came out looking really bad and they wouldnt let me see his body so he had a close casket… They did take pictures of just his arms and tattoos and he looked so bad… I screamed when i saw those pictures .cause my babys skin was so bad … This is by far the hardest thing i have ever dealt with and i feel that i cant move on in life because im so used to having him by my side, and now he is gone i have no clue what to do. I can still smell him in his shirts and to me thats the best smell yet… What i am asking is , How do i move on when it seems so hard…How do i let go…? I know in my head that he is gone but in my heart , He is around me …I just cant see him… PLease help me ?

I am having a mixed baby and was wondering what color will the baby look like me or the dad? I am white and the babys dad is black. I know when i have the baby , he/she will look white-ish or more red but i wonder how long will it take for the babys skin to get darker?

What To Do About Baby Dandruff?

OK ladies I need help my daughter just turned 1month and two weeks old a few days ago and for the last 2 weeks her head is really really dry and flaky like dandruff? I know not to give the baby a bath everyday bec. it will dry out their skin and I havent been doing that I have rinsed her hair out very good thinking that might be the reason I wasnt getting all soap out but thats not helping no matter how long I rinse it, today after her bath I put alittle bit of baby lotion on her head bec. it just looks nasty but now her hair just looks very oily bec. of the lotion, I dont want people thinking I dont take care of my baby…. What can you do for them to try to get rid of the dandruff looking scalp? What can I put on it? Anyone have any ideas? First time mom here! And I have no idea what to do all I know is that it looks disgusting like I dont bathe my child with little white flakes all over her head!remember she is only a month and 2 weeks

My sister has an 8 month old baby. She has refused to bathe the baby more than once a week due to a rash that the baby has had since birth. The doctor has told her to put lotion on the baby to take care of the “rash” which is just dry skin according to the doctor. Now she just has the baby on milk and pedialite because she now has it in her head that it is a food allergy that is causing the rash. My nephew is now 8 months old and weighs 14 lbs. Is this a problem, or am I just over reacting??

I’m only 17 years old, but I am worried about wrinkles in the future. I wear make-up (foundation, eyeliner and mascara) everyday, and I wash it off everynight. To wash it off I start by rubbing baby oil on my eyelashes, wipe it off with toilet paper and then finish by washing with a facecloth (like neutrogena, olay, etc.) I know the skin around the eyes is very delicate, so I want to make sure I am taking good enough care of it, because I am worried about wrinkles in the future. So a) I was wondering if my daily routine sounds like it’s okay, or if there is something I should improve on and b) I was wondering if there is a product to use for the skin around the eyes that helps protect it (something for younger people).
If anyone could give me some feedback and/or advice that would be greatly apprieciated! (Even if it’s a totally new way of doing things!)

What Do I Need To Make My Own Diapers

I want to make my own diapers, how are they put together? With which fabrics where? I know most of them have flannel and fleece and some sort of a soaker (from what Ive read, i’ve never used cloth diapers before) so does the flannel sit next to babys skin, and the fleece on the outside (for an all in one diaper) and the soaker pads in between the two? any help advice or tips about anything concerning cloth diapering would be appreciated!!
