he has red tiny spots on his face which are rough and raised to the touch and slightly yellowly in places, also they carry on down his neck and chest slightly, but mainly on both cheeks and ears, behind ears. His skin is so dry he must have scratched it today as hes got a tiny cut now on his face. I only use water to wash him as he has sensitive skin and i dont use any perfumed products or creams ect. Any idea what this may be?

I am 38 weeks pregnant tomorrow, midwife has told me babys head is 4/5ths engaged. I have had diarrhoea for the past few days with nausea. I dont have much of an appetite but when I do eat it makes me feel sick or gives me diarrhoea – could this be a sign of early labour??
Also I have skin tags “down there”, I know this is normal to get but will these dissappear after the baby is born? Some of these are loose and a little sore.
Any advice would be grateful – thanks
