His skin is so dry he must have scratched it today as hes got a tiny cut now on his face. I only use water to wash him as he has sensitive skin and i dont use any perfumed products or creams ect. Any idea what this may be?

I have had diarrhoea for the past few days with nausea. I dont have much of an appetite but when I do eat it makes me feel sick or gives me diarrhoea – could this be a sign of early labour??
Also I have skin tags “down there”, I know this is normal to get but will these dissappear after the baby is born? Some of these are loose and a little sore.
Any advice would be grateful – thanks
