White Patch On Babys Neck?

Hiya, I was just washing my 13 month old son in the bath and I noticed that he has a white patch on his neck, about 3mm around. Its smooth and just looks like his normal skin but lighter. He has olive skin and it is fairly noticable….
Anyone know what this is?
I will take him to the Docs on Monday as they are shut over the weekend.

I am indian and my baby is 10 months old.He has white skin on the folds of his neck n thighs (like white stripes). He has fairly light skin on his face but his body is dark so these white stripes stand out quite a bit. How can I get rid of this pigmentation? Is it normal? Did anyone else have this and it got better over time? Thank you.

i breast feed my 13 week old daugher and when she gets her daily bath i try my best to clean in the creases of her neck- recently i noticed creamy milk i guess in there and i wiped it out with a sensitive wipe and she startd bleeding a little! i putsome a and d on and ive been wiping her more often during the day, but now she developing a horrible rash all around her neck n up the back of her head… i dont know what to think or do. i used disney natural care eczema cream on a previous rash on her face… i just dont want it to get worse and its really hard to get under there shes very defiant! i feel like i am hurting her n she squirms so much… any advie? thanks!
