aaaah! congrats!
you can finally touch the babies at 10days old. =) earlier than that, mommy hammy will eat the babies.
note: if you touch the pups, don’t forget to leave your smell in the cage-like you have touch the beddings, the house–everything else inside the cage! reason: mommy hammy might think you did harm to pups. she might turn to the pups to release stress.
why at 10 days? you need to touch the hammies at 10th day for them to be tamed and get accustomed to you-your scent and all. don’t forget to regularly touch your pups so they get used to being held. otherwise they’ll be nasty nippers when they get old. hehehe.

Wait until three weeks to handle the babies especially if the hamster is a first time mom. Stressed mothers may eat the babies but they do say after a week the danger of the mom eating her babies has passed.
They will probably start to grow their fur soon and in another week they should have fur. At two weeks they should start eating normal food. At four weeks you need to sex and separate the pups. If you don’t want any more babies make sure the father is out of the cage as the mother can get pregnant right after having a litter. That is unhealthy for the female hamster and not good for babies either.

Yes, that is normal. At 3 weeks, you can gently start to tame them. At 4 weeks, they might start to fight. At 5 weeks, seperate them all.

you can touch them when they open their eyes and when they completely grow their fur out
