They are the best because they are free of comedogenic properties. Methyparben an other “paraben’s” are not even good for YOUR skin. So you know you dont want them on your baby. Look at the ingredients and if water is the first thing on there, then you have a good clean product to use. Ingredients are listed with the highest percentages first. And water is always good for the skin.

I’ve used California Baby – Tea Tree and Lavendar baby shampoo/bodywash for my baby. He never once got cradle cap and it helps his excema too. He’s 8 months old now. I buy it off drugstore.com

Aveeno is great…but anything fragrance free and hypoallergenic should work….if youre treating eczema then that’s especially true…
