I’m glad you’re asking this question, because many white parents of interracial children fail to recognize the different product needs.
i really suggest johnson and johnson while the baby is very small, the difference basically is that african american skin and hair tends to dry out faster, so ur going to just need to make sure you have a moisturizer that keeps up with your babies needs.
when the child is older: cocoa butter creme is great for ashy knees and elbows (and it fades away those playground battle scars)
if its a girl, you’re gonna have a hell of a time with her hair. do not relax or texturize your childs hair until they are a teenager and can manage the upkeep themself. but until then, use a good conditioner when washing the hair, a wide tooth comb to pick out tangles and i suggest braids, buns or ponytails to keep the hair looking neat and pretty

Johnson and Johnson products, go to an ethnic store and they may have detanglers and lotions that may suit your needs, vaseline is good or even baby oil is good for both hair and skin…try palmers baby butter, that smells really good

wait until the baby comes to worry about this, you don’t know what african american traits the baby will inherit. Most babies only need baby shampoo, lotion, and powder for the first few months anyway. Good luck!
