Generally, they will develope a color medium to that of the parents. Often though, the children will have slightly different skin tones from each other, one being slightly darker, one slightly lighter. It is very rare for them to be as light or as dark as either or the parents. But genetics is a very diffucult thing to predict since it is so varied and complex. My daughter is 100% white (we like to say "Ghost", she is so white). They just blessed me with a beautiful grandson in early April. He has his father's facial features exactly...but his skin color, eye, and hair color are all my daughter's. He is very white, has bright blue eyes, and strawberry blonde hair. Mixed children normally take up to five yrs to get as dark as they are going to though. My 10yr old grand-daughter is 50% white and 50% hispanic and she got a little darker each yr til she was five. Looks white with a slight tan. She has light brown hair and hazel eyes. It will be up in the air till your baby is here. They are all individuals and there is really no way to tell what to expect. It will be a fun surprise even if you know the sex first. :0) Congrats! Love them like there is no tomorrow...for in the blink of an eye, they are grown.
