How Long Does It Take For A Babys Full Skin Color To Show?

My sister had a baby 7 months ago shes hispanic like a light brown color and the father is really dark skinned. Im not trying to sound rasict. But im curious to know at what age will you see there permanent color? Can they also get darker if they go in the sun for a little bit? Right now my nephew is pretty dark skinned LOL he just came back from the beach and he looks alot darker to me. So im just wondering if a baby being exposed to sunlight can cause them to get a little darker especially if they are already african-american.

in indian culture people say that after 40 days of the birth baby will show his /her permanent colour.well u said 7 months long back…take out the pics of that times i see
