everyone one asks the question to beautiful skin
but its really a way of seeing that your diet is out of wack or whether something needs to be changed.
    step one
organise a healty balanced diet. look for the food pyramid, and try and get the nutritional amount of servings, including meat.
    step two.
drinking water helps keep dark circles at bay and dilute the kidneys, livers, etc. its a natural flush of the body… to keep it healthy.
apparently 70-80% of your body is made up of water.
the right amount is 2 litres per day, or 7 glasses .. i think.
but if you drink to much water you may feel bloated.. so be careful on the intake if you dont drink 2 litres its ok..
just as long as you get water in your system daily your skin should clear up.
    step 3
exercise can help alot. the circulation of blood can produce many amazing things and changes to the body.
but make sure to wash afterwards because the sweat can cause the oils of your body to clog your pores.
    step 4
remove the soap from your washing routine.
soaps eliminize the natural oils on your face, and if you remove too much of this oil it reproduces more oil.
so if your washing with soap more than once a day, your going to get really oily skin.
oil free products are also very good and getting spf moisturiser and foundation is very good. ( to stop your skin from drying out)
    tips;
try to exfoliate once or twice a week
this removes dead skin and makes it nice and soft.
you can get wool gloves, especially from the body shop. i have a pair and you will be amazed at the results from scrubbing your face gently with these gloves.
balance your cleansing with some exfoliant scrubs..
introducing a little mix to your routine can help
    LAST TIp
you probably know this already.. but remove makeup before bed..
all of these will help… there is 2 week cycle for new skin. so if you do all of these, you will see results in 2 weeks where your skin will regrow. beautifully and growing healthy.
the main thing is to keep healthy.. and you cant go wrong.

i wish and wish i had clear soft skin too! i’ve recently just completely stopped wearing foundation and that really helps. i suggest you don’t use soap on your face it can dry it out. making sure you take all make-up off at night is a massive help too! use Clearasil spot cream for any blemishes or spots it really helps and so does sudocrem! drinking plenty of water in fact drinking only water really would help and obviously having a really healthy diet, fresh fruit and vegetables are a must! nobody can have ‘perfect’ skin but you can have healthy clear skin by really looking after it.

Okay I also have eczema and Aqueous cream is not the answer! Ask for Diprobase (at the doctors) and use that as your moisturiser.
No one uses soap on their face, just use water.
Make sure you take off your make-up at night which you can also use diprobase for.
This is what I do and I have like the clearest skin ever!
    Hope this helps!

  4. Invest in a facial brush. The brush will take off any dead dull skin cells you may have. You will be left with lovely soft skin and if you moisturise after using it,your face will be even softer.http://www.cebraonline.com/eco-friendly-…
You can get them a lot cheaper than the one I posted a link to.I just posted that link so you know what I mean.
