Bumps On Baby Skin?any Ideas Are Appreciated. Even All Natural Things That U Have Found To Work?

my babe is three months, and has tiny bumps on her face and various parts of her body and dry spots here or there. I am a clean freak so im constantly cleaning her hands etc (and i let no one touch her hands or face). i stopped giving her a bath daily and cut back to every other day (until she starts day care) thinking that may contribute to dry skin. since it has to be something directly touching her skin, i think i should switch everything.
I switched from dreft to washing her things only in baking soda (she is bf so there are no stains to worry about).
I have tried J&J wash and lotion, huggies wash and lotion, i have been using 100% shea butter (not lotions etc) on her body and hair. i was thinking about using dove but wondered if that would dry her out? vasaline would protect but doesn’t that clog pores? her doctor told me to use eucerin cream so i got some although i hate the feeling of it its thick and seems to protect but nothing has changed with her skin. any ideas

What you’re describing is very normal for the first 3-4 months of their lives. Both my toddlers had them. It’s called Heat Rash and usually will go away on it’s own. Don’t try to treat it with anything because babies skin are very delicate and sensitive. Instead just carry on bathing her normally and she’ll be ok. It’s also part of our hormones coursing through the baby and it will pass.

It could be due to the soap allergy. Try changing it.
