Anything with caffeine in it can help reduce the circles under the eyes, so normal tea bags would work too

monistant chafing gel is a GREAT foundation primer
vaseline conditions eyelashes and if you have a specifically dry spot on your face (like nose) put on over night
will add more when I think of them
