I was interested in knowing what my son was going to look like too while I was pregnant with him. I did some research on it and it just depends on the genes, and which are stronger. I found that some couples…the dad being black and the mom being white had twins and one was dark skinned, while the other one looked like he didn’t have any black in him! Weird!!
I’m white, and his dad is biracial…with really good colored skin. His skin looks like the color that most Puerto Ricans have. It goes waaaaaaay back in time. His parents are both black and white, same as his grandparents, great grandparents, great great grandparents and even farther than that! Ryan, now 7 months old, you cant tell at all that he has any black in him. He has some cute cute curly hair though!

    You never know!
I know a guy who is a very dark black color, he “made a baby” with a Japanese woman. I met the kid first, you could tell he was Japanese. But when I met his dad! I was convinced that child wasn’t’t his. The boy was 3, once I got to know both the kid and the dad, I could tell facial features were dads! Him and his dad would give you the same look! Way cute. But like I said you never know. This boy dose not have a pinch of his dads color his hair it was thick and straight!
And a lot of black babies come out very light skinned! Almost a Hispanic color, but the older they get the color will develop. So you might not really know what color you child will be until they are about 3 months! that’s about how long it took my friends newborn girl to have the color she has now.
I also know a coupe, the wife is Hispanic, and the husband was Panamanian (again very dark skinned) they had twins. One looks black, and has “nappy” very small tight curled hair, and the other looks Hispanic with slightly wavy hair. They have the exact same face! Just color of their skin and their hair is diffrent!
    Good Luck!!

It’s really difficult to say. You never know what other genes your baby’s father may carry… Myself I am 5th generation mixed black/white native indian. My 4 month old son resembles maybe a puerto rican in skin tone? He’s definitely somewhere between mine and his father’s skin tones right now- and that can sure change in the future. It really is a throw of the dice.

I wondered the same thing with my son. I’m Chinese and my husband is Puerto Rican. For 9 months we wondered what our baby would look like. And here he is! As handsome as ever! http://www.geocities.com/nellyv2007@ymai…
But it doesn’t matter what your baby will look like. He/She will still be beautiful! :)
    Good luck and congrats!!!

Your baby will be beautiful! Dark tan skin, but bright brown eyes, & black curly hair. My nephew is half black and he was one of the most beautiful babies I have ever seen.

I would have to say more black…but alot of babies tend to look more like mommy. but the genes are so strong i would again have to say black.
