I had a baby 9 months ago and now my skin it completely different. My skin before what acne prone, not really oily but not dry. My skin just always looks tired, maybe just from being a mom now but I’m not sure. Did you find that your skin changed?
I’m not quite sure what my skin type is so maybe someone can help me with that. I will describe my skin: fair, dry patches around my nose & eyes, skin feels tight after washing, occasional pimple or two, scars from hormonal breakouts while preggers, I’m 27 and starting to see fine lines under my eyes. I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas for a daily skin care regiment? I have been using philosophy for 6 months, it’s pretty good but kinda expensive and I have to drive 45 mins to get it. Thanks!

His skin is so dry he must have scratched it today as hes got a tiny cut now on his face. I only use water to wash him as he has sensitive skin and i dont use any perfumed products or creams ect. Any idea what this may be?

she was a pinky when i got her, she was supposed to be food… i fealt bad so i am caring for her, she is being fed every 3 hours during the day and once in the middle of the night. i am feeding her kmr kitten milk replacement and im diluting the powder more then recomended for kittens so that the milk is easier to swallow for the baby. she is in a closable plastic container with a couple fleece blankets in it (there are holes poked on the top for ventilation). the container is ontop of a heating pad set on meadium heat, only half the container is on the heating pad so she can crawl away from the heat if she is uncomfortable though she generally stays on the half with heat. she has very small teeath that i can see in her mouth and her eyes are still closed you can still see her pink skin but she is growing a coat and her pattern is noticable she is about 1 1/2 inches long including her tail. i know this is alot to read but any help would be very much appriciated. btw i am stimulating her to go to the bathroom but gentlly massaging her anus and genitals with a warm damp q tip after every feeding. (i got her yesterday she is still lively and eating well, she poops several times a day and pees often) does she have much of a chance?

My son is nearly 18 months..and since 1 month old I’ve been told that the rash he got on his face was simply exzema. And then at 12 months when we started 2 percent milk the exzema seemed to have spread to him creases of arms and legs and on his ankles. I was given a steroid for it which helps a bit..but nothing great. He also developed what I was told was allergys…always a runny nose..worse after sleeping. I didnt have insurence at the time so my doctor was not the greatest…For a little more info on his milk consumption he gets a bottle before nap and a bottle before bed. (I dont need the BS about the bottle please I know its bad and we are working on taking it out of his schedule) I have an appt with his new doctor in a few weeks.. (insurence now ) Just wanted to hear what other moms with children and milk allergys had to say.
Also, I thought about trying a new non dairy milk for a week or so and see if there are any changes in my poor babys skin ( hes so itchy all the time) What do you recommand? Ive heard some bad talk about soy milk having estrogen in it? What do you use for your child with milk allergy?
Thank you

I know all different cultures have there own opinion and way of doing things when it comes to pregnancy and birth I find it very interesting. Such as a lady the other day told me not to eat sea food for 3 months if I breast feed or if I had a c section because it would make the scar pop out. My grandmother told me to eat a lot of oranges if I want the babys skin to be clean when he is born. One say if you take a hot bath and drink a certain tea it will help induce labor ect. Weather people believe in it or not it is very interesting to me. What is your cultures tales or rules during pregnancy or do you know of any. If so make sure to write what nationality it is coming from. I would really appreciate it. Thank You
